Second service on our caddy and the service from the staff is outstanding. The only car sales man that says then dose exactly what he advertises on his adds. His staff obviously have a great respect for John Hughes because they reflect the man they work for. Our needed a repair done and I was ready to pay for it but was told it is a warranty job so fixed it then said my car is coming up for it's second free service so they did that aswell. Amazing Amazing Amazing!!! These guys have bent over backwards to help my hubby and I, and the good old fashioned service where giving your word actually means something is something they actually stand by!! I thought it was just lip service in the commercials, but I can attest that it is not, they truly are the best!
Disgusting service. Would not recommend these people at all. I have had a few warranty issues with my vehicle, which I understand is not a direct issue with John Hughes,however getting the run around and having to bring back my vehicle back multiple times when I reported the issue at my service is just not good enough. I now have another warranty issue with my wheel bearing and I have been given the absolute run around. I am 99% sure my car was not even checked. SCAM! Brought in our van for repairs, wrong diagnosis and asked for expensive repair that wouldn’t have even fixed the issue.
