Recently purchased three cars from John Hughes at Welshpool and it was a pleasure. Marshall and Mitch are very friendly guys and helped to get me in my new cars. They walked me through the process each time and were very patient. Shoutout to Mitch for giving me a great deal on two of the cars. Shoutout to Marshall for providing a full list of suggestions of vehicles and going to another John Hughes to get the one I wanted. The salesperson that i had was not interested in selling me a car at all , wouldn't tell me about any features , when I asked a question he said " I dont know I dont pay attention to that sort of stuff" didnt show me any me any cars , talked on his phone and to other staff members ,completely disinterested in me and anything I was interested in. Don't waste your time looking to buy a car here , I went to westpoint Mercedes and the staff there were exceptional , worst experience ever when looking to buy a car.
I’ve just picked up a new Raptor from Marshall Walker at John Hughes and had a great experience. Marshall was brilliant to deal with—super easygoing, honest, and really knows his stuff. He made the whole process straight forward and kept everything moving without any hassle. Couldn’t be happier with the car and the service. Would definitely recommend Marshall if you’re looking for a new car.
