Attended John Hughes Welshpool for the first time for a service and advised them of a clunking sound I was having with my Mg when turning left. Was advised to record it which I advised them I spend 99% of the time alone driving and it would be illegal to do so. Went back for a second service ,told them this is continuing to happen , was looked into “fixed” , continued to happen , took it back , went out with someone to tell them the issue , part ordered ( took months to come in) continued to happen. Took my car in for a service. Excellent job and finished 2 hours faster than expected
Shambolic, zero customer service, and they claim to have done work that they haven't .then they add things to the suggested, needs fixing list, that don't need any attention at all.
Great service every time!
