VW parts department’s customer service is extremely terrible. The receptionist Mr. Ben needs re training and in my opinion, he is not a fit person for public dealings. I order the wrong part (partially because he was not helpful), went in to inquire about exchanging/ refund. Fair enough their policy is “No return” on certain type of parts, however Mr. Ben decided to thrown the part on the counter in an extremely derogatory manner and told me it was not refundable. Needed a door module for my Golf, they were given vehicle details, module supplied and fitted, everything worked but in opposite way round, contacted them explained the situation, was told a different module was needed from eastern states,week later go to collect correct module twice the price of the first one, then to be told there is no returns on the first module, after sometime they agreed to take it back, fit the new module, everything works but opposite way round again, contact them again, oh yes that will be rectified... read more
