Came to pick up a part today, was asked by male receptionist for my card's last 3 digits for some weird reason before tapping my card and paying on the spot
Very efficient. Emailed the part needed for my Veloster and they got back to me pronto with a fair quote. Picked up next day.
Cassidy and Ben really do give exceptional customer service! I have been looking everywhere for a mirror I broke on my car and want to keep everything original and they found the only one left in Australia and got it sent to me so fast and at such a good price! They are a asset to the company!
Terrible parts service. According to John Huges dealership, my part was obsolete and not available ex Japan even though two weeks earlier, they had stock. What the Tin man at John Huges lacked, Southside Mitsubishi located for me, thank goodness there parts section understands reading schematics.
Disgraceful service. My partner dropped her car in for a service and asked for a few additional items to be checked. We also confirmed what time the car would be ready and were told 4pm, with a promise of a call if it was finished earlier. During the day, we received a call about extra repairs. My partner declined those, but she did agree to the sensor repair and a wheel alignment.
