"Choose your dealer" ! Yeah Choose carefully. The worst of the worst ! ! ! Bought a Jeep Gladiator. At 110 kph on the freeway, dangerously shut down and told me to put it in 'park'. Six months later, still awaiting parts and every week I am told a different story by John Hughes. Last month, the parts are ready and it will be a matter of days. This month - parts are yet to leave Melbourne! Six months of car payments and alternative vehicle costs and John Hughes seemingly could not care less.
Love the new car sales rep was o.k Could have been more helpful especially as my drivers licence which was used as ID wasn't returned to me after transaction (I forgot about it)wasn't until a week later when I needed for ID I realised the rep still had it.A phone call would have been nice (Professional).
They only care about sales.
Avoid this dealership if You Can they will won’t take any guarantee of their work !
