Worst ever service. On 7th January I left my car at the Welshpool site for a routine service.I mentioned that the keys were very hard to turn on. At the end of the service I was told a new lock would need to be ordered and I would have to bring my car and keys back the following week, allowing 6 hours. This I did on 15th January. I drove the car home,did not use it the next day but on Friday morning the car would not start. I rang JH and was told to ring the RAC. This I did,they came and were abkle to start the car.
