Went to John Hughes Rockingham to purchase a vehicle and dealt with a young gentleman by the name of Dario who was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable in his job role of the performances of the cars I was interested in. Follow up to review written 4 days ago. I did eventually get a reply to my phone call. I was grilled about the key which would not start my MG3. It was as if they did not believe me.They assured me it worked when they had it in for a whole day the previous week. The person who rang me was quite rude and condescending.The call ended with them asking me to bring it back and show them what I was doing when I started the car.I was assured it would only take about 30 minutes. Worst ever service. On 7th January I left my car at the Welshpool site for a routine service.I mentioned that the keys were very hard to turn on. At the end of the service I was told a new lock would need to be ordered and I would have to bring my car and keys back the following week, allowing 6 hours. This I did on 15th January.
