State Farm and John’s office has been a fantastic Insurance company for years. They are family friendly, personable and genuinely kind people who know the ends and out of the business.
Failed to send me a check from damages from 3 years ago, so it went to unclaimed property and they been nothing but rude and unsupportive, sadly I've have had my house insurance escrowed with them since 2016 so thats the way they treat people that been with them for awhile. This will be posted on the Better Business Bueru as well. John is great to deal with and will go above and beyond expectations; unfortunately, that is not the case for everyone working in the office. You may end up dealing with someone else in the office who has less than a pleasant disposition.
