Failed to send me a check from damages from 3 years ago, so it went to unclaimed property and they been nothing but rude and unsupportive, sadly I've have had my house insurance escrowed with them since 2016 so thats the way they treat people that been with them for awhile. John is great to deal with and will go above and beyond expectations; unfortunately, that is not the case for everyone working in the office. You may end up dealing with someone else in the office who has less than a pleasant disposition.
John Has been my only agent. My 1st car at 16, I had Farm Bureau I got 3 speeding tickets in about 3 months. They cancelled me. Went to John. He wrote me up a policy that i've been a customer ever since. Very great people to work with !!
