We wanted to replace a large shower with a normal bath & shower over. Tricky because we didn’t want to replace the entire bathroom. John was very professional and didn’t encourage us to replace the entire bathroom which would have been a simpler option. I have only good things to say about this company. We chose them to instal our new bathroom because they are local to us and the online reviews are excellent. We were hugely impressed from the outset. Jon came round to talk about our requirements and was so knowledgeable and easy-going, taking all our comments on board and giving his expert opinions. We used Southend Bathrooms and Kitchens recently as we were having our main bathroom refurbished. It was a major job and we wanted to get everything just right. The team in the shop could not have been more helpful and friendly in helping us make the right choices, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt no pressure, and were able to talk through our preferences and find the best solution for us. Thank you. Fully recommend!
