We can’t say enough good things about John Hovendon. We had originally engaged him to handle our closing. Close to the closing date we learned that another attorney who was handling a lien issue suddenly realized that he had a conflict of interest. I work in insurance. I had to contact John to track down a mutual clients payment check that was lost in the mail, that went out at closing. John was quick to return my call, extremely nice, and went above an beyond to get the clients policy paid so it would not cancel. I speak to a LOT of law firms in my line of work, and have been doing this for many years.
