Dr. Horowitz is exceptional. He came highly recommended to me by another surgeon. The results exceeded all of my expectations. Dr. Horowitz and his team exemplify professionalism, expertise and compassion. I was treated with kindness and respect. If you are considering any vein treatment, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Horowitz.
Very rude and inconsiderate physician. I waited an hour in the exam room past my appointment time, without anyone notifying me that the dr would be late seeing me after I had taken special sick time off of work for this appointment. I got dressed after 52 minutes had passed and no dr or nurse still had not shown up in my exam room to let me know he was running extremely late. Excellent vascular surgeon. Another patient I referred to him told me this again yesterday!
