Category; Trust and Probate competency I highly recommend not using John Hoffman if you need a Trust/probate court litigation attorney and or dealing with Probate Judges, Law Suits or contesting a the validity of a Trust, worst attorney EVER. If I could give him a negative 0 for integrity, betrayal and incompetence I would! I was extremely satisfied with the legal work John provided. He was not only very professional but also very thorough and timely. I will definitely use John again for all my legal needs.
John did not follow through with his agreement. He talks as if he would have everything handled and the lawsuit wouldn't go as far as it did. He is very unprepared never remembers anything. If you use him record him !! I got recordings proven him to be a liar. He threatened to drop me a day before he did bc he made up an agreement and didn't discuss it with me . He said if we didn't sign he would drop us . I discussed with me . He won't get to keep my money like he thinks. All he does is cuss maybe he was picked on in school... read more
