If I could put zero I would. JOHN HILL came in acting like he might care and ontop of everything. He ran MANY tests; some with very questioning results. He addressed NONE of them. Told me I just need to clean out. Meantime, I leave just as sick as I came in. Then his report was far from accurate in many areas; States I came in w cold like symptoms. Mr Hill should be fired for malpractice,misdiagnosis and scamming insurance for unnecessary testing. Because of him I have permanent eye damage. He refused to consult ophthalmologist and instead bleeded my insurance for test I didn’t need saying I had a stroke and told me I had one. When asked to see the report and speak to Radiology he stated there was no one else to talk to and I could not see the report. He ordered a chest exray with no symptoms of sob and o2 at98%. Another liability for a potential great hospital. When a steriod dependent patient says, " I need steriods." I shouldn't have to wave down my endocrinologist who just happened to be walking by to save my own life. Lose the ego and quit thinking everyone is there for narcotics.
THE DEFINITION OF NEGLIGENCE. I can understand that being a health care worker in the ER can NOT be an easy job, but did the nurse REALLY have to roll her eyes, when I said my injuries had NOT BEEN CAUSED by my husband?! Dude came in and decided my son did not have a concussion within 2 minutes, while not listening to anything we had to say about his symptoms. He checked his eyes and then push/pulled my son’s feet. Said I don’t think he has one but he might have rhinovirus. This is after telling him my sons feet are tingling for 3 days. That he fell onto concrete and four hours later had a fever , followed by a cough.
