Quick and honest service. John diagnosed the issue quickly and was frank that it wasn't worth fixing as the cost would be more than the watch itself. Replaced the battery in less than ten minutes. Enjoyed my visit to this hidden gem!

I got two of my luxury watch batteries replaced here while I waited. I think it took all of 20 minutes. The old horologist was affable and efficient. I was impressed when I discovered he had cleaned both watches and set the date and time for me. I will return in future and recommend him to friends and colleagues.
