I went in to see if they could attach the watch bracelet to the case, the rude lady at the front did not even look at the watch case before telling me that she couldn't do it. very rude and unprofessional. do not go here, there are many other repair shops that are better.

Lol don’t go here. I stopped by here just to inquire about a battery replacement. After a few minutes the lady came out to the counter, I asked what it would take to get it back up and running and do a battery replacement. She said she could check, but that she would have to charge me. I asked how much. So far, pretty standard, lol. She then told me that she doesnt know how much it would be, and that she cant check right now because I “interrupted” her.
