We have some close friends that work here and bought my last truck from them. Sales and service have been genuinely fantastic.
Unethical business practice. Be very aware if you even consider doing business with this company. After arriving at the dealership in Lillington to trade my vehicle and purchase another one on their lot, (title in hand and a cash deal) I was made to wait for over 2 hours while the “sale manager worked the numbers”. I've bought twice from this dealership and each time was a breeze. The first saleswoman doesn't work there any more and this time I worked with Gary and he was great! There wasn't a moment I felt pressured and he really knows his stuff in and out and can answer just about any questions I could throw at him. Hes been great after the fact too. Definitely recommend. The service center in the back is awesome too. Quick and good work.
