John Hertz was extremely thorough with his advice and took the time to explain everything clearly. His expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the process. It’s clear he’s very experienced and highly regarded in his field. I’d strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a solicitor. Thank you John for everything you've done for me.
Had to leave 1 star to be able to write a review. Worst experience. I sent numerous emails for updates, receipts etc. Never forwarded original emails for us to see. He copied and pasted what he wanted us to read. Asked him to step down as executor because we are all in our 50's now and he refused. All communication for the past year has been minimal and we never had our questions or requests answered.
Worst experience with this solicitor. Go elsewhere. Agree with all the previous reviews, woman at the front desk is very rude and either needs training in customer service or to find a back of house job.
