John and his assistant, Renee, were extremely nice, courteous, and professional. Every time I called someone was always on the other end of the line willing to answer my questions in a very polite and professional manner.
When I first called to speek to them they sounded verry interested in my case but when I called back the second time they all the sudden had to much of a case load.
