Doctor Heineman was quick but thoroughly explanatory. Made me fully aware of the procedure and and the reasoning behind his recommendations. Open to questions and seemed genuinely interested in helping make sure I was informed and comfortable with the procedure.
Dr. Heineman is a wonderful surgeon. Very knowledgeable and thorough.
He is very personable, easy to talk with, explain the procedure very well. And checked in on me numerous times.
I was so impressed with the Iowa Ortho surgery center. Dr. Heineman sat and talked to me before the surgery and answered all of my questions. All of the doctors and staff I interacted with were amazing! They were very focused on my care from the time I walked in the door and were very efficient in the services each person provided. After surgery, Dr. Heineman carefully discussed the surgery to my children and answered their questions. They were very impressed with him!
