Everything was great up until the time of reviewing the contract, pre-signing. I saw their Terms and Conditions document expressly excluded from warranty "Repairs of any kind." I asked for simple clarification of their intent, wanting to make sure they would repair any damage to my home caused by their work. Mr. Heagy himself called me to state "many high priced lawyers have looked at this over the years" so he was not going to provide any written clarification, but that it means they "wouldn't repair my roof" for a cabinet ... read more
