I had zero interest in working out and fitness. I was just looking for a hobby I can do with my husband. On a whim, took a free introductory class at Unbreakable Fitness since it was nearby. Six years later, I've completed Hyrox competitions, OCRs, 10ks, and DEKA competitions. Amazingly, I learned to love fitness in my 50s. John Hayley is an exceptional trainer and coach! Honestly, I was a little hesitant to step into this gym at first. I walk passed it almost daily, and I thought it was strictly for people doing personal training/competitions, but I finally decided to look at their website and saw that they have group classes. I'm not new to gyms or exercise, and have been a member at many. A solid workout with a regular group of clients. John is personable and charismatic without over-hyping. Gym facility is decent for a stoor-front model.
