Gerardo Zaragoza was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure I understood exactly what was being done and the steps of the process.
Updated to 4 stars on 3/25/25: They called and have started to fix the issues and finish their work. Juan came and fixed the window and the swamp cooler. He was fast efficient and very knowledgeable. He fixed the issues and made sure we were happy with the end results. Broke my window, will never call back. This company is screwing SoCal Edison for their money to not do the work.
I couldn’t be happier with the service Memo and Dominic provided! They were incredibly professional, respectful, and polite from start to finish. Not only did they do a great job installing my evaporative cooler, but they also took the time to walk me through how to use it, making sure I felt comfortable with everything before they left. It’s rare to come across such great customer service these days, and I truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. Highly recommend these two—they’re the best!

I had Guiermo and Enrique deliver and Install a new refrigerator and Freezer in my garage today and they did an excellent job. They were both very friendly and polite and hard workers, I appreciate them and the energy program that helped me to get my old appliances replaced at no charge ❤️😊❤️
