John Harris Body Shop off of Hwy 555, Columbia, SC is a body shop I definitely do not recommend to repair your vehicle. They are unorganized and unprofessional. The customer service is unsatisfactory and have been known to rip off customer.
Recently I had an accident and had to have some repairs done on my Honda, John Harris was recommended to me by a couple of friends as well as my insurance company. I can't begin to say enough nice things about this establishment ,never have I experienced such attention and service . My number one Body Shop – I've had a recurring problem with my Acura TL's trunk spoiler becoming detached. After a third attempt by the local dealership (which failed the same day of the repair) I paid John Harris Body Shop a visit. This visit was unscheduled and sort of late in the day. The service manager looked at my car and told me it might be possible to find someone free to at least remove the spoiler in order to confirm his suspicions of the previous failures. Wonderful service and clean shop – When I first walked into John Harris after I got in an accident I immediatly noticed how clean and organized they were. There was also an enterprise inside the building to help me out and John Harris will work directly with enterprise. After they took my information, they explained how to go onto their website so I could see pictures of my car, everyday, as they worked on it.
