I was sent to John Harris Body Shop by USAA, I had the inspection done on 5/18/2019. Waited a week and no response from my adjuster so I called USAA, was told that the shop could not find the photos of the inspection so they could not send in the estimate. Asked USAA to send me to a different shop, they gave me an appt to Kendricks. I called John Harris and spoke to the manager Jason, and told him about my displeasure with their service and that someone should have called me earlier about the photos.
