Get another doctor, the dude likes to shut u down call you names, just because you have different thoughts or beliefs, instead of asking questons, and find out why. It seems if u dont agree with his thoughts or feelings, your waisteing his time. My advice go get another dr.
John is compassionate and has astute observations to really help get to the true issues. He’s helped me immensely and guides me to sources to be able to help myself as well. Cannot recommend him enough. Best therapist that I’ve had
