Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend! The staff and the doctor are more than accommodating and always put their patients first!
I went to oms today for an extraction. They couldn't see me due to computer issues. Drove 40 minutes only to still be in pain. Didn't think to ask about pain medication while i was there. I called and they said since i left they couldn't give me anything. The receptionist was flighty. Then couldn't get me another appt til wed. I'm seeing dr. Seitz wed instead. Might be an ok place but i've been to Ragland & Seitz before and never had a probelm.
The staff at Susquehanna OMS were all helpful and friendly. Dr. Waltz took care to answer questions and inform me during the consultation, and was considerate of what I wanted. The procedure was over much quicker than I had expected, and it was fairly painless. The finances person (Jamie Lynn) was very helpful in explaining insurance coverage and discussing my options. I will definitely come to Susq. OMS the next time I need a dental surgery.
