Worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with. My mother told us that we were listed as beneficiary, they are now telling me that she changed that to her estate. They said I need to go to probate court and show a will. My mother never would have done that unless a agent of Hancock told her it was needed. They took her money for years and now at a time of grieving are putting her children thru this. Horrible.
They actually paid out on the policy my grandmother had while in a care facility. However everything while dealing with the company from address changes to final payout of policy at the end has been an absolute chore to work with. Do your homework before putting your money i to the hands of this company. Not very many satisfied customers.
