If I could give minus stars I would! The customer service is awful. You get different answers regarding your policy all the time. It is like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. After paying tons of money for years they put the policy holder ( in our case a 95 year old stroke patient) through hell to get homecare paid out. Dont walk RUN away from this company! There are way to many better companies and options
These people are such scammers. They make it impossible to file a claim. They have no fax machine. They require doctors to do things via email, of course doctors don’t do things via email. The only other option is snail mail which takes forever and then of course they lose the document They require invoices and care logs before they will pay. Absolutely refused to let me speak to a supervisor. The agent who took the call spoke broken English, and I felt like something was getting lost in translation. Asked repeatedly to speak to her supervisor, and she told me they were too busy to speak with me. Do NOT waste your money on JHLTC!
The only thing they are good at is collecting premiums. Don’t pay for 60 days if you can even get it going which is difficult
