I am going to change my insurance co. After reading the last review. I am convinced that all the money I have given them was for nothing. It is suppose to go up as the age goes up. I have not received any different bills. And no one has gotten a hold of me to change the amount. If my husband passed. I am sure I would have difficulty getting him buried. I will be leaving this company ASAP.... I have paid them enough to bury him 6 times. NOT a happy customer.

Requested forms was told I could email forms back. Can't be done have to mail by post office or fax them. Tired of people from John Hancock not knowing what their talking about. Seem to think everybody has fax capabilities. Told them I didn't.Tired of dealing with ignorant people and John Hancock is loaded with them!

My mom had a policy through John Hancock and was managed by Empire Financial Partners. She passed away in April and I flew in town for 10 days to handle her affairs. They were able to squeeze me in, barely. I kept asking to come down every day but the associate in charge of my policy had meetings all the time. When I went in for my meeting they set me down and weren’t sure about all the policies. I was told by one person that I was the only benefactor.
