Stay away from John Hancock. Service fees are way higher than leading competitors. No new technology, terrible website, and just plain bad for 401k management.

I have submitted a claim for my loved one's Long Term Care Reimbursement. John Hancock has received the claim but has not reimbursed. This is a horrible company to work with with no customer service. Why pay a policy premium for long term care insurance but when the time comes that you need it, it doesn't pay out? I wish I could give zero stars as that is what they truly deserve. People, save your money and use another company for your long term care needs.
