I wanted to rollover my existing retirement accounts and had to contact John Hancock customer service for assistance. I abhor having to call customer service lines. Generally, there is a long robotic process (I'm taking about you Vanguard!) before you can even get to a representative. Worse life ins Co ever
Called to get answers for why my 401k plan wasn’t going through. Left a voicemail and two days later still haven’t got a call back for a follow up. Sat in a call with the 800 number for over an hour just to be hung up on. Worst place to deal with anything highly recommended goi bc anywhere else.
