I have been trying for a month to have my IRA account transferred to Wells Fargo. It had been a nightmare. They have been giving me and Wells Fargo the run around. They keep asking for different paperwork. All I want is MY money to be transferred. I wouldn’t do business with these people.
They are avoiding life insurance pay out. Had a home care rider. They never paid after months and months. Now that death has occurred they are silent. No response no payout 45 days out. Other life insurance paid in 2 weeks.
Below you will see the review I left for John Hancock after having filed a claim. “Upon completing my claim, the agent advised me it would be considered an express claim and proceeded to advise me it should take about 5 to 7 business days. I called back exactly two weeks from the claim date and was advised that the claim hadn’t been completed. The agent, however, was very helpful at that time in escalating the claim.
