On the surface, this group is reputed. My account is very different. They were remiss on many of the obligations that they stated they were going to do. The case could have moved along smoother if their paralegals or whomever was appointed my case stayed vigilant. But this was not the case. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience with their handling of workers’ compensation claims. I’ve had two different case managers assigned to my case, and both have repeatedly failed to respond to my emails and important questions — even when I was dealing with serious financial hardship and needed guidance about upcoming IME appointments and the cutoff of my benefits. I honestly would not recommend this law group at all. The services were not good. The lawyer representing my case tried to get me to settle for half of what my original reward offer was supposed to be. I had to beg him four times to look back into the case to find the grammatical errors in my original offer. Before that, the lawyer just tried to discount their retainer fee and send me on my way, which left thousands of dollars on the table."
