On the surface, this group is reputed. My account is very different. They were remiss on many of the obligations that they stated they were going to do. The case could have moved along smoother if their paralegals or whomever was appointed my case stayed vigilant. But this was not the case. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience with their handling of workers’ compensation claims. I’ve had two different case managers assigned to my case, and both have repeatedly failed to respond to my emails and important questions — even when I was dealing with serious financial hardship and needed guidance about upcoming IME appointments and the cutoff of my benefits.
