Just went on a tour of the facility with "Andrea" she was so immature, I would really have to consider placing a parent there - if that is what represents the residence I am not sure how long they will remain in business - Very scary
Be sure your loved one can take the abuse from the Director. If JF doesn't like you or them, you will be bullied to leave- Don't count on supper either - only sandwich provided; Definitely "cheap".
