I purchased a vehicle here last year and came through for the car wash. I had cash and decided to upgrade to the higher-tier wash for $6. When I pulled in, there was just one vehicle ahead of me. Be cautions about buying a new vehicle here. Recently purchased a new Tahoe from them but as soon as I got it home I realized it had multiple dents. Its a brand new vehicle (2 miles on it) had 4 dents along the top panel and the other side looked like maybe someone tried to open the vehicle, like break into the back door which also had a few dents right on the seam. Great oil change and tire rotation. Appreciate the free car wash!
Brought my Chevy Malibu Hybrid to them because the engine light was on & it wouldn’t stay running. The Tech cleared the engine light, tightened a couple bolts & then drove it 5 miles. I got it back on a Friday. It broke down again on Monday with the same problem. I took it to Lavalley in Benton Harbor. They found out the fuel sensor & fuel injectors needed replacing- that’s why the car wouldn’t stay running. Waste of time & money taking my car here.
It was very pleasant and my auto tech, Zach was very accommodating and knowledgeable and when above and beyond to get me a quote for something that I wasn't even there for!
