I just recently purchased a new home and had them recommended for service through my VA lender. They refused me service based off of a previous owner in 2023….today is Feb 2025. As a veteran and nurse I’m appalled at the complete disregard and disrespect for people that they showed me, even after telling them i was A new owner and could give them proof.

Poor customer service. First spoke to on 11/30 and made appt for 12/22 a day I knew I would be home. Guy calls me up day before to come check things out. Which would’ve been nice if they gave me a heads up they were going to do that. Told them someone was home as I called home to make sure someone was there. Guy sounded like he didn’t care to be doing the work. They left without speaking to anyone and basically did a delivery driver knock and dash and never called back while they were at the house or after the stop I had to ... read more
