I went there from co worker referral but my experience was a nightmare . Since it was my first dental visit with my insurance I ask all question pertaining payment and I was promised a call to give me what I'm supposed to upfront and nobody I finally called and was given the amount to pay nothing was. mentioned about partial work or payment. Terrible, I was charged $395 for a night guard made from a 3D Printer, that only costs $5 to make. It didn't even fit, it took two people to pry it off of my teeth and was incredibly painful. He refused to provide a refund or any compensation after wearing it less than 30 minutes. I would have had better success with a do-it-yourself mold. They even told me that every dentist around only used 3D printing technology, to not even bother calling other dentists about getting a plaster mold.
