Where to begin. Well I got my taxes back 3 weeks after the date they gave me. They never contacted me I had to go in person to talk to them. I got back 2,000 less with almost identical years. And the kicker... I always get my return direct deposit, just like the two years before I went here. They never filed it that way which they confirmed with me when I dropped it off.
