I had a good experience with John Frankel. The only issue I had was another person was suppose to be there. She was suppose to adjust my implant. Fortunately I didn't need one. I guess I don't understand when the office realized they wouldn't be there till next week why they didn't call me to reschedule.
John Frankel was absolutely fabulous with me. He was very personable and professional. Clarified everything well and administered the procedure expeditiously and effectively. Excellent practitioner!!!!
John was wonderful. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. He showed compassion and kindness.
Physician John Frankel is a good doctor. He was very respectful and told me how my health was doing.
