My good friend was under DR Chen's care they had a serious difficulty communicating but as time went by he showed a compassionate sincerity in rectifying the misunderstanding. It seems he is motivated to give the best care he is able from his excellent ability and skills,
My good friend was under Dr Chen's care at Swedish Cardiology: when open heart surgery failed to correct her issue, Dr Chen told her that he would not discharge her unless she accepted his plan to install a pacemaker. No consideration for patient choice or discussion with patient. Only a threat.
