JCMC does not deserve a star. Dr Kenneth Sable, I hope you see this and spend some time, like 8 hours or more in your ER as a patient. It's a complete disgrace. have you ever visited the Jersey City Medical Center? Well Jersey Shore is worse!!!!!!! A patient will sit in your ER for at least 8 hrs and speak to a nurse or drs for approximately 5-6minutes. No communication whatsoever- just sit. And when you finally ask a question now the nurse who has been on duty for more than 12 hrs has an attitude and rightfully so bu... read more
I saw Dr. Reema Patel today. I was impressed on my first visit but have had 2 visits since. She was late for my scheduled appointment and seemed rushed. She spent some time going over my blood work. My potassium was high on the last visit and she ordered another blood test which came back normal. This visit the patasium was elevated again. This happens sometimes because of the turnaquite used to draw blood. Instead of ordering another test she asked me to see a kidney Dr? Very drastic I think. She never examined me! Being d... read more
There was a time this hospital had very caring nurses, now it's like a club, the laughter and loudness is crazy The patient deserve more attention then they are given and a nurse should never have and issue with the family,50 years I worked and the health field and now it's a joke patient get less care because they are to busy on there phones or talking to each other All the modern technology took over millions spent to make it beautiful, well spend money on teaching your staff compassion respect for the oath they took,it's l... read more
He kept giving unlimited and unnecessary chemos to my husband, which eventually caused him pneumonia, which they were unable to diagnose at the Oldbridge division after keeping him in the hospital for two weeks. Old bridge doctors are not educated enough to see that he had pneumonia. Shypula also comes to visit his patients so early in the morning that a patient might be unable to talk to him about his problems. He eventually lost his life after just hanging out in the hospital for two weeks, undiagnosed. Old Bridge Hospital... read more
I am very angry to read a negative review of confident ALEXANDRA HERNANDEZ, ABOUT Dr.Dawson Her comment is very inappropriate she is a negative person who blames others and is very judgmental and rude. My family and I receive excellent service, if respect in a profession comes for responsibility, in DR Dawson we find absolute respect in taking care of us. Dr. Dawson did a great job, on my health exam, explaining everything in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such pe... read more
After the initial procedures of the nurse (blood pressure, body temperature, cardiogram…) I waited for this doctor for 45 minutes!!! Finally, he prescribed me medicine… I was shocked after reading the information about the medicine (side effects of this drug)! I realized that this doctor only wanted to make my health worse! I do not advise you to go to this doctor!!!
dude is a jerk...bad attitude, assistants suck also with bad attitudes...and they are ugly to boot!
Their medical care may be good but their communication is terrible. I am the legal guardian of a dementia patient who was brought to JSUMC after a fall from bed in a rehab facility. The rehab facility called to tell me that they had her transported to JSUMC for evaluation. JSUMC is very much aware of my role as legal guardian. The only communication I received from JSUMC was from a triage nurse wanting to know where the patient would go back to after release. She couldn't give me any information about the patient but she wo... read more
Husband got admitted on July 4th, vomited blood, had 3 blood transfusions. Doctors don't know where blood came from. Every time my husband asks a question, response is "i don't know". Now they are doing a colonoscopy which he had 2 years ago, no polyps. They are grasping at straws. Went to hospital this morning and he said nurse came in this morning and said his heart stopped LAST NIGHT AT 11 for 4 seconds, and didn't tell him until 10 am this morning. WTF?
