I called 1 month ago for a new appointment. Had to leave a msg. They never called so I called a week later, only to be told very rudely that the doctor would need my records from previous urologist. I call the previous urologist, gave them the fax. I never heard again so after a week I called again, only to be told the doctor had tons of records on his desk and to call back in a week.
