Excellent agents to keep you covered from the ground up.
I went there to talk about a refund, we both agreed that I was in the right position and they had all the information on a recorded phone call that I was gonna get a refund. 2 hrs later got a call that I wasn’t getting anything from them. I don’t recommend this insurance at all
Been a customer for 40 years have always been treated very well.
Disappointed in the customer service. Called for a quote and was spoken to like a child. I ended up with a better rate with better coverage by going across the street to Geico.
