I can’t give the guy zero stars. Do not use him
I called for service and he was very pleasant and said he was out having lunch with his grandchildren and said that he would call me in an hour and see if I found someone. He called me back and I gave him the address. The tenant said he was extremely rude and arrogant. When I went over he was pleasant enough to me. He proceeded to tell me how cheap he was compared to everyone else. He "made" a washer out of a piece of rubber he had and charged me $90.00.
