Stay well away is all I will say, I entrusted them with my investment property and it’s the biggest mistake I’ve ever made, communication just doesn’t exist with them, screening for a decent tenant definitely didn’t happen, and trying to get hold of anyone who works there that genuinely cares about their job doesn’t happen either, very stressful and costly mistake entrusting them with my property if it were at all possible to give them zero stars I would.
Mike Whitehouse is the most genuine agent you will ever deal with. He has been so helpful and his service was top class. Thanks for all your assistance we highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to sell their property.
Hadn't rented in a while before these guys, but easily the worst I have ever dealt with. Hopeless with paperwork, hopeless with maintenance, hopeless at communicating. Very good at letting people into the rental without warning or permission. Very good at being rude and aggressive when questioned. Very good at accusing of unauthorised tenants when clearly no evidence and after being told there isn't. Never again that's for sure.
Rude throughout our tenancy, and tried to claim part of our bond to "repair" non-existent features of the property. Avoid.
