Was seen today in his office to have toenails trimmed. Anthony was rough with my feet. Cut my toenails while trimming the big toe on left foot he cut it and started bleeding. I told him if doctor would be informed that he cut me which he stated why I put antibiotic and there will be no consequences. I reminded him that I was a diabetic and he just said this is part of the treatment that it happens. Was told I couldn’t enter the room with my disabled son because the room was “too small” ignoring my suggestion that he needs to be with someone he knows to avoid any refusal or cursing. They refused to let me in and proceeded to complain that he cursed and refused any treatment. My boy is sweet and loves his Doctors, he was scared and I’m disappointed how we were treated. Doctor Taylor is a great doctor and is very kind and courteous. He helps my aunt with all of her diabetic foot and nail problems. Takes time to make patients feel comfortable and explains everything before any procedure, so no surprises arise. Doctor Taylor always makes sure she is comfortable so that it's a painless experience. Thank you Doctor Taylor. You and your staff are so nice and friendly. We are always seen in a timely manner and the office is always clean.
