Had an issue with a sinkhole on my property but on the right-of-way. Kept getting the run around from various governmental agencies - claiming no responsibility. Spoke to John who came out , had a look at the issue and had the town start remedial work within 4 hours. John followed up several times after to ensure that the job was completed and to my satisfaction
