The communication was non existent. I tried for 16 months to contact and schedule. After 14 months I got on the schedule! Then they never read/answered emails(2) or provided me with pre-op instructions. So instead of taking advice from friends or Google I have cancelled. I couldn’t even do that because there is no way to contact anyone in the chain.
