I contacted John regarding what I thought was a Consumer Law issue. After discussing further he determined I would be best served by someone who specializes in insurance cases. He then found someone else who could help me and contacted me the next day with a great referral. This situation has been so stressful it was so nice to feel like someone was actually looking out for my best interests. John is very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
