I was on a cross country road trip and a rock smashed my windshield in the middle of no where in Wyoming. I immediately called my agent Melissa Mcfeely for assistance. She went above and beyond to get the problem resolved quickly and efficiently. I was traveling to Denver and she set an appointment up with Auto Glass Now for the following morning at 8am. I insured a structure for $1850, I had the policy drawn up two weeks before purchase, I paid the premium in full for 1 year. Nearly two months passed, and I was sent a letter stating the building was reclassified and I now owe and addition $717. It did not even seem legal. I was already two months into a policy and had to pay the additional price.
