If I could give zero stars I would. I’m a son and my mom and dad are constantly dealing with issues in this house. Recently got snow and the heat is not working cheaply made, some outlets don’t work now, nothing but problems. I’m tired of my parents having to spend money to have to fix all of this crap. I can’t believe someone can make a house so cheap. Unbelievable.
Many issues upon moving in. Paint throughout the home was awful. Trim, doors, walls. Trim and wood panels around doors and floors were placed and THEN painted which left paint on the floors. Fireplace was incorrectly installed (it was fixed but had I not noticed it during the build it likely wouldn’t have been). Wrong roof over porch was placed and had to be redone. Incorrect kitchen floor placed and was never fixed to what I had originally chosen. No credit was given. Bubbles in the dry wall with uneven walls. Caulk around ... read more
